MD+C's experienced team offers general construction services including residential renovation and restoration, custom home building, new additions, outdoor living spaces, commercial renovations and tenant/office fit-out services.  Clients receive the following benefits:

• From the start, the client, architect/designer, engineer and subcontractors collaborate under MD+C’s design/build umbrella to develop the design, scope of work, schedule and budget. 
• Schedules are efficiently maintained. As each design phase is completed, materials can be procured ahead of time and field/factory work can begin while waiting for subsequent design phases to be completed.
• Cost savings can be realized during the design phase through the expertise and collaboration of the design/build team. Material costs and design ideas are reviewed and budgeted early on and often to alert clients to potential scheduling or budgeting conflicts. Projects can also be value engineered during the design phase. 
• Risk is transferred from the owner to MD+C's design/build team as MD+C assumes responsibility for all design and construction phases. 
• The quality of the finished product will benefit from the expertise of the design/build team collaborating from inception.
• Communication is direct and often between the client and MD+C. Every detail that affects design intent or the construction process is reviewed and resolved with a recommended course of action from MD+C.
• MD+C will prepare a credible construction budget in the design phase.
